Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 2, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Emouna LLC (operating Zaduky, “we,” “us”) collects through zaduky.com and the Zaduky application (the “Service”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have — including state privacy rights (Florida and California, Section 8). It applies to Zaduky customers and visitors. Content published on customers’ own sites is controlled by those customers as publishers.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. Email address and a password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider, Supabase). We never see or store your plaintext password.
  • Billing information. Handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, plan, and a Stripe customer reference — your card number never touches our servers.
  • Workspace content. The niches, offers, site configurations, and content you create or that the Service generates for you.
  • Usage data. Generation counts, page events on the dashboard, and aggregate analytics for your published sites (page views, opt-ins, link clicks) so your dashboard can report performance.
  • Communications. Emails you exchange with us (e.g., support), and delivery metadata for emails we send you.
  • Cookies. We use essential cookies only — session authentication cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.

2. Sources

We collect information directly from you (signup, settings, content you create), from your use of the Service (usage data), and from our processors acting on our behalf (e.g., Stripe subscription events, email delivery status from Resend).

3. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Service (accounts, generation, publishing, analytics).
  • Process subscriptions and prepaid packs; prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Send transactional email: account confirmation, sign-in links, password resets, receipts, and usage notices.
  • Send the optional content digest to subscribed leads — every marketing email includes a working one-click unsubscribe.
  • Improve the Service, debug issues, and maintain security.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers (processors) that operate the Service under contract, and as required by law:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Resend — email delivery.
  • Our AI provider — AI generation. Prompts derived from your workspace configuration are processed to generate your content; we do not send your account credentials or billing details to AI providers.

We may also disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, to enforce our terms, or in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you).

5. Cookies, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control

Because we use only essential authentication cookies and do no cross-site tracking, there is nothing for “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals to opt you out of — our treatment of your data is the same whether or not such signals are present (California Business & Professions Code §22575 disclosure).

6. Retention

Account and workspace data are retained while your account exists, and after cancellation so your data is re-accessible if you resubscribe. You can request deletion at any time (Section 8); we then delete personal information within 30 days except what we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted secrets at rest, hashed passwords, role-restricted database access, and signed webhooks. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a breach as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. §501.171) and the breach-notification laws of your state of residence.

8. Your rights (Florida, California, and everywhere else)

Florida residents: the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. §§501.701–501.722) grants rights against large controllers; whether or not we meet its thresholds, we honor the same rights for you voluntarily. California residents: to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) applies to us, you have the right to know/access the personal information we hold, correct inaccurate information, delete personal information, portability (receive a copy in a usable format), opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We extend these rights to all customers regardless of residence.

To exercise any right, email support@zaduky.com from your account email (that is how we verify you; we may ask for additional confirmation). We respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83) lets you request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for their own direct marketing — we disclose to none.

9. Children

The Service is for adults building web businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Email choices

Transactional emails (receipts, security, account) are part of the Service. Marketing emails (the content digest) include a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately and permanently via our suppression list.

11. Where data is processed

We are a U.S. company based in Florida and process data in the United States through the providers listed above. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the U.S.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post updates here and change the effective date above; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
